PTFA Spooky disco! See the attached files tickets and further information

Please check your child’s bag for their Spooky Disco permission slip. Complete the slip and bring it, along with £4 (£10 for families of 3) to the school by Tuesday 3rd November.
On Wednesday, the children who have paid will be given a named ticket (hopefully they will not lose it between the end of Wednesday and the disco!). This will allow them entry to the disco and act as our register.
When your child is collected, they will be given their ticket back. This will ensure we know who is left in the building. Please do not leave without collecting your child’s ticket (we will be ringing you to check your child has been collected otherwise 📞).
We will not be taking payment on the door. The aim is to make the process of entry and exit as quick and smooth as possible, whilst ensuring we safeguard the children. We appreciate your support with this as we trial the new systems and procedures we are putting into place.
