Uniform
School uniform is strongly encouraged. The school colour is navy blue with grey bottoms. All items are readily available from local suppliers. (Order forms are available at the bottom of the page)
Unless requested by a teacher for something special, children should never bring toys or other items from home, since
they become broken or lost so easily and this causes upset.
Please ensure that all clothing and possessions are clearly marked with your child’s name. The school will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.

White or navy polo shirt or white collared shirt
Grey pinafore
Blue gingham dress - in summer
Navy jumper or cardigan
Black or navy shoes
There is no need to wear logoed items although we recommend either one cardigan or jumper with a logo for school trips.
There is also a school fleece and a waterproof coat at under £20 from our suppliers which many children prefer.
HAIR
Hair styles should not be offensive, eg Racist, homophobic etc.
Long hair should always be tied up. This is to avoid health and safety risks and ensure children's vision is not impeded. It also reduces the risk of transference of nits.
Large, excessive hair accessories (large bows for example.) should not be worn; however, small hair clips, plain headbands (black, white or navy) are acceptable.
JEWELLERY
No jewellery should be worn at school except for a watch. If ears are pierced only plain studs are acceptable. Children will not be allowed to wear earrings or other jewellery for PE and the children will be responsible for taking them out. The school will not be responsible for any jewellery that is lost or damaged.
SWIMMING
All children in school swim for one term per year. We would appreciate your support in
contributing £3.00 towards the cost of transport for those who swim. Children must wear
swimming hats for school swimming sessions. Please only send one piece swimming attire (any colour), a towel and a hat.
PE AND GAMES
Children should wear navy shorts and white T-shirt for games.
Outdoors, trainers should be worn and in cold weather it is
advisable to have a tracksuit or extra pullover. The school recommends the navy logo hoodie for wearing over your PE kit so you still remain looking smart.
